If you are more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to still serve you, your appointment will be canceled. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24-hours. If 24-hour notice is not given you will be charged a $50 late cancellation/reschedule fee.
If you have purchased a package of services and a 24-hour notice is not given for cancellation/reschedule, a $50 fee will be applied on the next visit.
If you do no call or no show, there is a $75 fee that will be charged and a deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
